Socialists and elections
Sunday, November 17 | 2pm eastern | 11 am pacific

'Parliament is a dungheap. You can stand on it to shout louder but whatever you do don't fall into it' - Vladimir Lenin

How to socialists approach elections? Under capitalism the state exists to maintain class rule and the structures of the system - like elections - are designed to curtail any real change. The struggle for real liberation will happen in the streets, workplaces and communities. Yet the impacts of elections can be significant and widespread and impact the lives of milllions.

Join us for this study session to discuss the role of elections and revolutionary strategy.
